Stone Loss Warranty:
Our warranty covers the replacement of melee stones (small accent stones). However, customers are responsible for the shipping fees associated with sending the jewelry abroad to our factory for repairs.

To ensure the longevity and luster of your jewelry, we recommend the following maintenance routine:
• For jewelry not made of 24-karat gold, it is expected to be professionally cleaned 1-2 times yearly.
• Additionally, a DIY cleaning should be done at least once a month.
Important Notes:
• In the event of stone loss, our warranty covers melee stone loss replacements. However, shipping abroad to our factory for repairs is covered by the customer.
• Regular maintenance is crucial. We recommend professional cleaning 1-2 times yearly and DIY cleaning at least once a month.
