Custom Order Policy

At Luchysluxe, we offer two distinct categories of custom orders to meet your needs:

 

1. Original Design Orders

When you commission us to create a one-of-a-kind design tailored exclusively to your vision, incorporating symbolic or personal elements unique to you, this is considered an Original Design Order.

• Exclusivity: We do not replicate the design for other customers or share it publicly.

• Uniqueness: Your design remains truly special and meaningful to you.

2. Made-to-Order Designs

If you request a design inspired by existing images or a combination of elements from our catalog or other sources, this is categorized as a Made-to-Order Design.

• Replicability: These pieces may be recreated for other clients and can be showcased as part of our portfolio.

• Accessibility: While unique to your order, they are not considered exclusive or original.

 

Computer-Aided-Design(CAD) Fees vs. Idea Generation Fees

For custom orders, please note:

• CAD Fees: These cover the cost of creating a 3D preview of your design, allowing you to visualize your piece before production begins.

• Idea Generation Fees: These apply when we create an entirely unique and original design tailored specifically to you, involving creative input and conceptualization.

CAD fees should not be confused with idea generation fees, as they serve different purposes in the design process.

 

Processing Time

Custom orders require careful craftsmanship and attention to detail. Please note:

• Processing time typically takes 20-30 business days (or slightly more in rare cases).

• Factors such as gemstone sourcing, design complexity, and importation logistics may impact timelines.

 

Non-Refundable Policy

All custom orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, as they are uniquely made for you. We encourage clients to review all design details carefully before finalizing their orders.

 

Note on Pricing

Original Design Orders generally require a higher investment due to the creative process and exclusivity involved. Made-to-Order Designs, while crafted with the same skill and precision, are more accessible in pricing.
